Join a small group of other passengers for leisurely floats in the corners of France along the Loire River or through the windmill-studded lowlands of Holland, or even on the small highland canals of Scotland!  Borrow a bike during the day and ride alongside the canal, if you like.  Does it get any more leisurely than this?
