D. TOURS TRAVEL, INC. acts only as an
agent for the various suppliers of transportation, accommodations, and
any other services pertaining to a tour or travel arranged by D. TOURS
TRAVEL, INC. D. TOURS TRAVEL, INC. disclaims any responsibility or
liability whatsoever, and the tour or travel participants on behalf of
himself (herself), his (her) dependants, heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, agree to release and hold harmless D. TOURS
TRAVEL, INC. for any delays, delayed departure or arrival missed carrier
connections, loss, death, damage or injury to person or property,
including but not limited to baggage, or accident, mechanical defect,
failure or negligence or any nature whatsoever in connection with any
accommodations, transportation or other services or for any substitution
of hotels or of carriers' equipment with our without notice, or for any
additional expenses occasioned thereby.
The rates quoted herein are based on
tariffs and exchange rates current at the time of publication and are
subject to changes therein at or before the time of departure. While no
changes are anticipated, D. TOURS TRAVEL, INC. reserves the right to
make any changes with or without notice to the published itinerary and
features, it being understood that any additional charges will be paid
by the tour participant. D. TOURS TRAVEL, INC. also reserves the right
to decline to accept or to retain any individual as a tour participant
at any time, subject only to the requirement that the reasonable portion
of the total amount paid which corresponds to the uncompleted portion of
the tour, as determined by D. TOURS TRAVEL, INC's sole discretion, be
refunded.
D. TOURS TRAVEL, INC. reserves the
right to cancel any tour prior to departure in which case any deposit
will be refunded without any further liability whatsoever on the part of
D. TOURS TRAVEL, INC.
It is strongly recommended that all
travelers reconfirm flights 24-48 hours in advance of departure in case
of schedule changes.
